Before submitting an application you must have a prime location in mind with high foot traffic or, car count traffic with parking (if in a suburban or rural area). You must have good credit & have $100,000 in liquid assets.

Once your application is received, you will receive more information about franchising with Romantic Depot. If you own commercial real estate, anywhere in the USA, we are also interested in opening company-owned stores in the following markets: Southern Brooklyn by the Barclays Center, Eastern Queens by JFK, Nassau County, & Fairfield County Ct.

Receive & review the Romantic Depot franchise disclosure document (FDD). If you would like to go forward with us, we will send you a copy of the FDD. The FDD contains detailed information about franchising with us & also a copy of the franchise agreement you’ll be signing. During this stage, we strongly recommend that you thoroughly review the document with an attorney.

Submit verifiable financial information. You will be required to submit a copy of the latest six (6) months’ bank statements & /or your bank statement & W-2 form.
