Q. Are the online store prices and retail store prices the exact same prices?
A. The online store is a separate entity from the brick-and-mortar stores, so the online store & the brick-and-mortar stores do not have the same prices. Furthermore, the brick-and-mortar store prices are different from one another, because each Romantic Depot store is independently owned and operated & are 100%, separate corporate entities. These stores are located in different market places, with different levels of expenses such as rent, advertising, customer base, employee expenses, taxes & a myriad of other expenses which affect pricing at each location differently. Q: Are there any purchase minimums to buy online or in brick-and-mortar stores?
A: Once you become a VIP Club Member, there is a small, $20 minimum for online orders. There are no minimum purchases if you have, an in-store up to 50% off VIP Club Membership card. Q. How do I track my package?
A. Simply log into the membership account & navigate to our dashboard. Click on Track My Package(s) to view your order & shipping.
Q. I see that you have the lowest prices in the USA, are your products from the original manufacturers?
A. We do not sell knockoff products. We purchase all our products through our drop shipper & original USA based manufacturers such as Nasstoys, Hott Products, Womanizer, Magic Wand by Hitatchi XR Brands, Electricdistro, Dream Girl USA, Lelo, California Exotics, Satisfyer, Trojan, Pipedream, Swiss Navy, Naughty USA, Doc Johnson & all the other major distributors.
Q. How long does it take to get my package?
A. Most packages are received 2-3 business days from the date of your order, & never longer than 5 business days unless ordered from a country outside of the USA.
Please note: Extra large or heavy orders & orders made after 2 pm will be shipped the next business day. In the event that you need your purchase expedited because of a special occasion perhaps, you do have the option of guaranteed next day or 2-day delivery excluding weekends & holidays at an additional cost.
Please note: Your order must be placed before 2PM EST to receive your items in 2 business days or by the next business day. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be shipped out the following day.
Q. How is my order shipped?

A. All of our orders are shipped discreetly in either a plain brown box or a padded business envelope, depending on your items. The packaging is completely anonymous with just your address & ours. Because Romantic Depot is a very easily recognizable name, we use an alias on the return address label to protect your privacy.
Q. How do I return an item, if it is defective?
A. We have incredible news, many manufacturers products sold on our site, can be contacted within 30 days of the shipping receipt to receive a new, exact replacement in the event your item is defective. Simply search the manufacturer’s name on google, look for the manufacturer’s return policy & follow their instructions. In the unfortunate event that the manufacturer does not accept the defective item, report the defective item, within the first 30 days of receiving the item, by submitting a ticket on our support page. Please allow up to 10 business days for your inquiry to be processed. Please note, Romantic Depot may administer troubleshooting efforts before deeming a product defective.
Q. What if my defective item arrived more than 30 days ago?
A. After the first initial 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. You can access the manufacturers’ contact information by searching for them online.

A. Most of our orders are shipped by UPS express mail from the USA unless you opt for expedited shipping.
